Returns & Replacements
7 Day Money Back Guarantee from Delivery Date!
Our return policy gives you 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 7 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to us and we will replace it with an identical item or issue full credit.
If an item is opened and brand new you can still return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping to you.
If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, 20% of restocking fee will apply to the item. We will credit 80% of the original selling price minus shipping and handling costs. 
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 7 days from the date of delivery.
When returning any item you must contact customer service and recieve and RGA Number and Form. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box.  No returns will be accepted without a RGA#. Ordering
We welcome international orders, but shipment takes longer. International tracking is not always available. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will refund your money. Insurance is required on all international orders. We will NOT mark international packages as GIFT.

We prefer PayPal. We can also take credit card through PayPal. Certified company check, Bank Draft or Money Order also are acceptable. We reserve the right to delay shipment until payment clears the bank! Canadian residents MUST pay GST!.
